About tokyobike x Saki Obata
Our collaboration with artist Saki Obata on a unique manga series inspired by the Tokyo Slow lifestyle, our charming neighborhood of Yanaka, and the rich history of the tokyobike brand. This series weaves together the serene pace of life in Yanaka with the evolution of tokyobike, portraying our journey from a small local shop to a symbol of thoughtful urban mobility.
Saki Obata's distinctive art style brings to life the streetscapes of Yanaka and the spirit of tokyobike, encapsulating our dedication to simplicity, mindfulness, and connection. Each frame of the manga invites readers into a world where every ride is a moment of contemplation and every scene a reflection of our philosophy.
